About the role
You will run paid social and search for three to five SaaS accounts, owning everything from creative strategy to budget pacing to the number on the board slide. You will partner with our creative and outbound teams to make every dollar trace back to closed revenue.
What you'll do
- Build and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
- Set and defend a cost-per-opportunity target for every account.
- Brief and pressure-test creative against the buyer’s real problem.
- Report pipeline contribution in language a CFO trusts.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years running paid acquisition for B2B, ideally SaaS.
- Fluent in pipeline math — CAC, cost per opp, payback.
- Comfortable owning a number in front of a client’s exec team.
- Bias toward creative as the primary lever, not targeting.
