You will run a pod of SDRs working intent-warmed accounts, owning show rates, meeting quality, and the source of every booked call. You will partner with demand so outreach never feels cold.
What you'll do
- Coach SDRs on messaging, cadence, and call quality.
- Own show rates and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
- Work with demand to sequence outreach behind warm signal.
- Report meeting source and quality, transparently.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in outbound, 1+ leading a team.
- Track record improving show rates and meeting quality.
- Hands-on coach, not just a dashboard manager.
- Believe outbound and demand are one motion.
