About the role

You will work inside clients’ products to get their customers to value in week one and keep them there. You will treat onboarding like a campaign and own a net-revenue-retention number.

What you'll do

  • Design onboarding journeys that reach value fast.
  • Run proactive check-ins ahead of renewal risk.
  • Turn retention moments into repeatable assets.
  • Own a net revenue retention target per account.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in CS or lifecycle, ideally B2B SaaS.
  • Have moved an NRR or churn number, with proof.
  • Comfortable building in-product onboarding flows.
  • See retention as a growth lever, not a support cost.
