About the role
You will work inside clients’ products to get their customers to value in week one and keep them there. You will treat onboarding like a campaign and own a net-revenue-retention number.
What you'll do
- Design onboarding journeys that reach value fast.
- Run proactive check-ins ahead of renewal risk.
- Turn retention moments into repeatable assets.
- Own a net revenue retention target per account.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in CS or lifecycle, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Have moved an NRR or churn number, with proof.
- Comfortable building in-product onboarding flows.
- See retention as a growth lever, not a support cost.
