You will lead the content engine that turns each client into the default authority in their category — weekly, in the open, measured against sourced pipeline. You will set the editorial standard and the system that keeps it shipping.
What you'll do
- Own the editorial strategy and weekly publishing cadence per client.
- Turn subject-matter expertise into a distinct, defensible POV.
- Tie content to sourced pipeline, not vanity reach.
- Mentor writers and raise the bar on every draft.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years leading B2B content with revenue outcomes to show.
- Editor’s instinct for clarity, voice, and a real argument.
- Experience building a repeatable publishing system.
- Comfortable working directly with client founders and execs.
